Curried Fish

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss

Instructions

Wash and dry fish fillets and cut into required
sized pieces. Sprinkle both sides with lemon
juice, salt and pepper then place in dish with
remaining lemon juice. Allow to stand 5 minutes
then sprinkle with curry powder and turmeric.
Coat fish with mixture then remove and deep fry
in hot oil for a few minutes until cooked.

Ingredients

• 1 kilogram white fish fillets
• Juice of 1 large lemon
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsps curry powder
• Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
