Instructions
Rub each steak with some of the oil. Place
peppercorns on a plate and press steaks into the
peppercorns to coat. On a medium grill place the
fillets, turning once according to how well done
you desire the meat. A good guide is 10 minutes
for rare; 15 minutes for medium and 18 minutes
for well done.
