Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
When mixed well, add to loaf pan that has been
sprayed with cooking oil. Place in pre-heated
200ºC oven and cook for approximately
30-40 minutes.

• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 100 gms tasty light shredded cheese
• 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 Tbsp curry powder
