Instructions
Add all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
When mixture has been well combined, put into
a greased loaf pan. Press mixture down well into
pan. Place in pre-heated 200 oven and cook
for approximately 40 minutes.

- 1 kg minced beef
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 100 gms tasty light cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
