Roasted Fennel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 deg C .
  2. Rub olive oil over fennel and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
  3. Lay pieces on a lined baking dish and roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until fennel is cooked through and beginning to caramelise.

Ingredients

  • 2 fennel bulbs (stalks cut off), cut in quarters lengthwise into 1-inch thick pieces
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
