Instructions
- 5 large carrots diced
- 1 large turnip peeled and diced
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients
- Boil carrots and turnips until tender
- Drain and mash until smooth.
- Mash avocado into mixture
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until desired flavour and texture is achieved
