Instructions
Brown meat in melted butter in casserole dish.
Add seasonings and Worcestershire Sauce.
Cover casserole and simmer until meat is tender.
Add uncooked vegetables to meat about ½ an
hour before meat would be tender.

• 1 sprig parsley
• ¼ tsp thyme
• 2 bay leaves

• 1 large onion sliced
• 1 stalk celery diced
• 3 sliced carrots
